A Meaningful Gathering for Education and Dialogue
The Voice of Lady Zainab Foundation was honored to present "Christianity, Islam, and Iraq: A Journey of Understanding" at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church on September 20, 2026.
The program began with a welcoming recitation of "Bismillah al-Rahman al-Rahim" — "In the name of God, the Most Compassionate, the Most Merciful" — followed by words of respect for the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) and a reminder of Islam's emphasis on mercy and compassion.
The event was highly engaging, with many thoughtful questions and active participation from attendees. The church staff warmly welcomed the Foundation and expressed their appreciation for the presentation. The church also invited the Foundation to share the presentation materials through its weekly eBulletin.
The Foundation is grateful to Good Shepherd Lutheran Church for providing this meaningful opportunity for education, dialogue, and community connection.
